Backoffice services
Office infrastructure services include provision of some IT and Telecommunication services (email, storage capacity, print/scan/fax, etc), in addition partial personnel services can be added. Basic facility management services, equipment and car hiring also available, mainly for the company group members and ling-term customers.
Engineering services
High level IT support; system integration services; operation, maintenance, fault and problem solving, all the services to keep the customer’s systems up and running, provided either as a flat-rate based, either as a time based agreement
Partner representation
Our international Partners can rely on Pannon Support to extend the support of their products and services to the territory of Hungary. Following the necessary trainings, our team of experts can provide for example maintenance of specific equipment, support of daughter companies and local offices in Hungary, representation in local language

Auditing helps creating an overview about security and reliability of an IT system, provides information if the operations and data handling is in compliance with the company’s (or its owner’s) organizational rules, local and international regulations. Providing auditing services as a 3rd party company creates the possibility acting as an outsider entity, helps – for example – avoiding employer conflicts
